I am a big fan of living my life in what I call the PPP,

short for “personal/professional/partnerships.”

I have found when I feel out of balance or too overwhelmed, it is because I am heavily focused on one and not all three. I don’t need them to be even, I simply need all three of them to be blended into my everyday life. Here are a few things about me in each category and invite you to see how you can use the PPP in your own life.

personal
What do I need to do today to take care of me?

professional
What do I need to do today to take care of my business?

partnerships
