I have found one thing that has been helping me and it is the idea that binary thinking can interrupt that pattern.By framing emotions through their opposites, we can take charge of our mindset. For example, when we are feeling overwhelmed by fear, recognizing that calmness is on the other side of that emotion can give us something to strive for. Binary thinking reminds me that no emotion is permanent—each has a counterforce. It is wildly helpful.

I also have been working on what creates a fear based mindset for me and a calm mindset and what can I do about it? The BIGGEST thing that has made the difference in that is when I ask WHY questions, fear creeps in, when I ask HOW questions, love and calmness starts. Instead of asking WHY ask HOW!
